I have a long history with Big O. I can always depend on quality service with friendly and knowledgable staff.

MIck and team were awesome. We made an appointment for installing new tires for Kendall's car and I was in and out like a pit stop on Nascar. Well, not quite that fast but darn quick. :) Best regards TK

James was very helpful explaining the difference between thebrands of tires in helping me make a decision on which to purchase. I called Big O after an alignment adjuster came loose on my truck. I expected to make an appointment for later in the week but was surprised when they told me to come right down. They beg and working on my truck fairly quickly and had it done around the time they said it would be done. A+.

Nick and Louie and Rob are always so helpful and the service is always top quality. I am an experienced mechanic on aircraft and helicopters and I could do my own work, but I take it to Big-O instead. Their prices are very fair and the quality is always spot on.

Rob, the person I spoke with initially on the phone about purchasing 6 tires for my motorhome, was absolutely fantastic. I managed a customer service area for a Fortune 500 company before retiring and I am very tuned in to great customer service. Rob answered all my questions and concerns and everything he promised, he came through on. The price was great, the young men who mounted my tires (Chris & Robert) were also excellent, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Big O in Boise. Rob offered me the Big O credit card which I took out and he gave me all the paperwork for my Michelin rebate. Don't lose Rob - he is an invaluable asset to your organization!

These folks are always friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They keep you aware of issues with your vehicle.

Louis as always found the problem and was able to fix it. I had a lead that I thought was an oil leak and it turned out to be a radiator leak that washed over the shield at the bottom of the engine. He was able to get a new radiator and have it fixed in a couple of hours. Thanks to all the staff at the downtown Big O!!!!

I needed to purchase a new battery so I called first, spoke to Keaton who walked me through the process to identify the exact battery I needed. He checked his inventory, found the replacement, quoted the price ( wow, batteries have gone up!) ran my credit card over the phone and provided curbside service grabbing my old battery and putting the new battery in my car! Super easy and safe!

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. No matter if I am dealing with the same person I dropped my vehicle off to or someone else. They all take the time to make sure I understand the recommendations and invoice.
