I have trusted this Big O'Tires location with my truck for the last 9-10 years and they have always taken care of my vehicle and done so without trying to sell me something I did not need. Mick, Louie and the entire staff are amazing and I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle. Thank you.

Your staff is very helpful and makes me feel very comfortable. The reason I come to your store is Louie. He is very knowledgeable and has a demeanor of confidence and takes all the time I need to answer all of my questions. He is your best asset!! Your competitors don't have a "Louie".

I came in with what i thought was just low tire pressure. They found a nail, and fixed it within a half hr. They were really great.

I was impressed with the service all around. Very pleasant and professional and they are on top of things. Louie was great to work with. I ended up needing new tires and got a reasonable quote on the spot.

A lot of tire shops give people the run around when customers ask for help. When I had questions about tires, Kegan helped me out and had some significant advice for my tire buy. I’ve never had this with any other tire shop I’ve ever gone to, and that’s huge for you guys! Keep up the good work

I'm being very cautious about coronavirus exposure and risk. I stayed in my car to have my studded tires put on; they allowed me to do it outside and had everybody wear a mask. They really took my concerns seriously and I felt very safe. Getting my winter tires put on was stressing me out a bit because I was afraid that there would be a moderate risk of exposure but everybody handled it really well and safely. Service was quick and competent. I can't say enough good things about my experience there.

21st year as a customer of this Big O store always start here for auto maintenance.

We have been customers of Big O for over 30 years, many of those with Mick Alley and team. They always meet and exceed our services, we have many friends and family that also use Big O on our recommendations. Wouldn't go any where else.

It is winter tire season, and the store was slammed with work. They still got me in for an alignment quickly, and my car is back to driving like it should. As always, I appreciate the attention to detail where all work done is explained to me.

I had a tire replacement and alignment at the Big O store in Las Vegas while on vacation, but had to take it in to this store when I returned because the store in Las Vegas didn't do the alignment properly. My issue was resolved, and I will be taking my car to this store from now on, and I have a high degree of confidence in the staff here.

My Big O is the best in Idaho. If I have questions they have them if they don't they find them. I'm never disappointed with my guys Jordon my go-to guy and Mick always ready to help. I tell everyone I know to go to my Big O they will never be disappointed
