The Big O Tires downtown team I would have to say is the best in the state of Idaho. Their surpassed all expectations and service to the community. They strived for excellance and go above and beyond to help all customers with their needs. Working with the downtown location is by far the best choice I would and will make and continue with my business with them. This Big O location is my go-to for all my tire work. They’re always friendly and have smart, qualified folks in the shop and behind the counter.

This is poetically one is the few places that I will actually trust. There is aBig O much closer to me than this location, but I definitely didn't feel the same at that location vs. this one.

Louie wasn't in when I dropped by but the rest of the staff was awesome as well. They superceded my and their own expectations. My motor mount broke in half. I was envisioning a engine replacement so when they told me the price was under $200 I was so excited. Thank you so much!

I never shop anywhere else

I work with Jordan regularly and he's always on top of things with our vehicles. Very responsive and knowledgable. I switched to BigO years ago from Les Schwab because they get my car in and out faster and the customer service was more personable. I've never looked back. I completely trust that Jordan and the rest of the guys at the shop have my safety on the road first and foremost in their minds when working on my vehicles.

Truly the best tire service place in all of Treasure Valley. So professional.

I was informed of the inspection results, for my winter tires and the condition of a small leak found coming from the left side drive shaft seal, how much it would cost to repair the leak and replace two tires that were cut and worn. Jordan was honest, informative on the choices I could consider.

I have been a loyal customer of Mick and his crew for over twenty years. I wish my other business relationships were as successful as this has been.

Late Saturday afternoon I realized that I needed bearings serviced on my utility trailer. Louie worked me into the schedule and Brendan did a great job of checking and packing the hubs/bearings. You have a great store we buy all of our tires their, your employees are a pleasure to work with. We drive from baker city Oregon to boise Idaho 256 mile round trip for your service. Their are great places to eat with in a block radius of your store while waiting for tires. Every one is kind and courteous, Louie is a great salesman and a pleasure to talk to
