Big O Tires

The team removed a screw from my non-Big_O tire and simply asked that, in return, I let them quote my next tire purchase. No issues there: I always buy my tires at Big_O, so really appreciate extra attention like I was given this time.

Have been a loyal customer for about 10 years. Have never had one issue. The management and employees are top notch and I don’t give comments like this lightly. Excellent service!!!!!

I have been going to this Big O for over 15 years..I do miss some of the familiar faces...like Rob-who knew my name and car when I walked in!! still I keep coming back!! I trust your advice..

Always professional, always on time, honestly, value and worth are top shelf. The crew is always smiling, greeting people and ask how you’re doing and give feed back to you on the progress of your vehicle while you’re there. One thing I really admire is that I never hear any foul language in the bays, I don’t see any smoking or vaping etc. The guys are kind, clean and professional and that is a real pleasure. Hands down the best experience always.

This has been my second time to the store. Each time the employees are great and always help me and tell me what I need done. They never try to sell me on unnecessary things that my car needs. They are very honest and friendly. I don't know much about cars and they explain everything to me and even call my dad to explain everything to him. My family loves Big O and we will continue to go! Very good pricing and people!

Louie and staff are incredible. They know me by name, and treated me incredibly well, just like Mick would. I highly recommend Mick, Louie and their team. Oh, I wasn't greeted at my vehicle because they were slammed, but taken care of in a timely manner once inside. I wasn't offered an alignment, because I had just had an alignment a few months earlier.

A little slower than normal on general service and tire rotation but it is cool to see Big O doing well. The waiting room was packed at 7:30. :) Great team Mick!

Without exception, the front desk guys (Louie, Vince, James (I think)) are patient, knowledgeable, and polite. I trust them to know what’s necessary for our rigs.
