Big O Tires

I have been having my old 1996 Pickup serviced at the downtown Boise store for three years, always returning because of the excellent prices, services and general professional yet friendly attitude. They really won me over however last winter when my engine light indicated a bad thermostat and I had them replace it and flush the radiator. They ran into serious problems (age of the truck) with one hose completely deteriated, and since it took several days to complete the work, they loaned me a rig to drive to work while mine was getting repaired. Inspite of the problems and delays, they charged the normal price for the repair and service. That is excellence in its finest form! Thank you Big O Boise Downtown!

I had a low tire pressure indicator by 9 pounds. Mick had the tire removed and put in the dunk tank. No bubbles appeared. He had the employee take the tire off of the rim and check the inside of the tire and they found a nail that you could not see on the outside of the tire. I am sure they saved me a break down on the highway. Thanks to Mick and his staff, they really do care.

My Big O never disappoints me. The guys there are always friendly and so willing to help. My main man is Jordan he is always there for me. I so appreciate that. I don't know if I tell him how much I appreciate how he looks out for me and my car. Thank you everyone at Big O. Mick you are doing awesome

Every time I go into the the Big O location Downtown Boise, I am always greeted and treated so well by Louie. He's always very professional and gives me accurate timing on jobs. I recommend Big O to anyone and everyone.

Went in to Big-O for a normal tire rotation and that was done quickly and with no problems. Coffee, popcorn, and the daily paper awaited me in the waiting room, so that may the visit easy. I would take my car to places like Les Schwab and have to take it back within two or so months. With Big O, I haven’t had to take it back for “another problem” that could’ve been fixed on the first visit. They get to the point and get things done.
