Big O Tires

In multiple visits I have never really had to wait in line. Everyone I have dealt with has always been extremely friendly and helpful. Service has been fast. I like the text notification when my car is ready.

Louie and Mick were very helpful. Mick pretty much diagnosed my problem over the phone. Louie made sure the job was done in one day.

I was informed by phone call, that my order I had placed, for winter snow wheels, was ready to pick up. I had already purchased the wheels at time I ordered them. Louie the team member, helped me locate, view the wheels. They were in new, undamaged condition. Thanks Big O Tire store, downtown Boise, Idaho.

My recent move took me to an area where this Big O Tires branch was no longer the closest to where I live. But, I continue to go this branch because they are excellent at what they do and excellent at caring for their customers. Always the same folks in an industry where there is high turnover. Speaks volumes to how superb this branch is.

I have always liked the customer service at this Big O location. I live 3 blocks from a closer Big O but I drive the extra miles to the Main St store.
