Mick and Louie took care of my needs on this visit. I had a couple of issues with my Jeep JK (one I knew about and one I did not know about), and Mick got them diagnosed and repairs made the same day. I'm very thankful to have this done here rather than a breakdown in remote country. Thank you very much, Bill Clark

Jordan Sipe got my vehicle in late in the day and got new tires installed. It was excellent working with him. Big-O (this store) has the BEST customer service I'm aware of in the City of Boise! Mick, Rob and Louie are always extremely helpful and correct any problem that one may have. Thanks to these guys for keeping us safe on the road!

I can always count on Big O for great service. This time came in for a tire rotation. Got right on it and ready when they said. Also Louis got me the tire cables I needed if I ran into snow. Aways good friendly service. Much appreciated.
