I've always had a great experience at Big O Tire stores, especially this one in downtown Boise. The group here has always been helpful and done great, and quick, work. I've bought tires here, had oil changed, and suspension with done across three of my vehicles. When I drop my car off and walk into work, I've been offered rides from the employees. I turn them down and enjoy the walk, but I do appreciate the offer.

With winter approaching, I asked my long-time, highly trusted auto mechanic where to get tires for my 2015 Honda CR-V. Without hesitation, he said, Big O, downtown. Talk to Mick. Then I looked online for recommended tires with good winter traction. With a shortlist of options, I went to Big O. Mick was right there at the front desk. We had a brief conversation about my winter driving needs, and my top choice turned out to be exactly what he recommended. I had an appointment within three days. They offered an alignment check, which I believe should accompany any new tire purchase, and I was on my way in just under 2 hours. Very satisfying experience overall. Bravo, Big O!

Working with Rob was easily the best customer service experience I've had in a long time. I'm an enthusiast and I usually know exactly what I'm looking for but this time I needed some guidance based on fitment, performance issues, etc. He was able to give me pros/cons so that I could make an informed decision and I'm very happy with the results. The attention to detail on installation was fantastic too; he colored the tape weights black to match my black wheels! Bottom line, it's service like this that will keep me coming back. Keep it up!!!

Thanks to the branch manager Louie N, he did an outstanding job on my vehicle and also his customer service was outstanding. Got me all taken care of from the starting point. Louie provided transportation for me to make it back to work after dropping off my vehicle at the shop. He later granted a pickup ride back to his shop to pick up my vehicle. I have been coming to see Louie for years. Very knowledgeable and responsive and great interaction with his customers. I'll be back to see him next time I need tires, wheels, or an alignment.
