I have been taking all my company and personal vehicles to this store for the past 20 years. Service and quality products are what this is all about. I trust them to do what is needed and advise me of the future repairs.

We have been going to Big "O" since we lived in California - and were big fans there. And you don't disappoint in Boise. Great products, great service and always friendly. This time, I came in because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. You solved the problem - a small screw - and when I reached to pay, no change because we bought the tire at Big "O" (of course). I like that - thank you.

Everything was your usual great service!!! I will probably be in next in November for an oil change and put winter tires on. Thank you for being there when we need you!

They have taken excellent care of all my vehicles and I trust them completely. Customer service, pricing, timeliness was all excellent. Not sure how you would do this but one change that would benefit the store is to allow more parking and better movement of traffic in front of the store as everything is too congested

I made an appointment they took my car right in performing my tire rotation and back on the road, answered my questions and gave me quote for future service

Every time I go in I am always greeted cheerfully and the service is top notch. The popcorn machine door could use some work, ha ha, but as far as tire service I have been using you for years and will continue to do so.
