Big O Tires

I always bring my truck to Big O on Main Street and have never regretted it. The crew is polite, friendly, and always provides quick and quality service even when they are clearly busy. Jordan has helped me numerous times and has always been honest and extremely focused on providing the best service possible.

Late Saturday afternoon I realized that I needed bearings serviced on my utility trailer. Louie worked me into the schedule and Brendan did a great job of checking and packing the hubs/bearings. The hubs were hot to the touch when I brought the trailer in, and the service corrected that. I needed the trailer all weekend, so Big-O saved me. Thanks,

You have a great store we buy all of our tires their, your employees are a pleasure to work with. We drive from baker city Oregon to boise Idaho 256 mile round trip for your service. Their are great places to eat with in a block radius of your store while waiting for tires. Every one is kind and courteous, Louie is a great salesman and a pleasure to talk to

Louis as always found the problem and was able to fix it. I had a lead that I thought was an oil leak and it turned out to be a radiator leak that washed over the shield at the bottom of the engine. He was able to get a new radiator and have it fixed in a couple of hours. Thanks to all the staff at the downtown Big O!!!!
