Big O has always done me right. Great attention to detail and very affordable.

My new tires were ordered quickly and installed on time and in good order. The experience was excellent.

Last month I had to have major work on my 'new to me car'...thousands of dollars worth.For THE first time in my life, I was so happy and excited with the results, that I did not flinch one tiny bit in paying the bill.In fact...I was so pleased with how the Jeep worked, I jumped at the chance to buy a new set of BigFoot tires for this vehicle (like I had on my previous Jeep).The people at Big O in downtown Boise have done right by my family for years...and they are really knowledgable, stand by there work...and have taught me the difference between rack and pinion steering and a gear box.There you've got it.

I have trusted this Big O'Tires location with my truck for the last 9-10 years and they have always taken care of my vehicle and done so without trying to sell me something I did not need. Mick, Louie and the entire staff are amazing and I would not trust anyone else with my vehicle. Thank you.

Every time I go there, someone goes above and beyond with a question or some other issue that I have and they do a great job with the scheduled service as well.I particularly appreciate the front desk guys' efforts to communicate what's going on, if they need something (BEFORE they do it) and how much it's going to be.Also that they are always timely with completion and it's ready when I come to pick it up.

I have been a customer at the Boise Big O for several years. In the past, I have sent e-mails to Big O Corporate letting them know that, if they ever do training videos, this is the store they should use as an example.

It is winter tire season, and the store was slammed with work. They still got me in for an alignment quickly, and my car is back to driving like it should. As always, I appreciate the attention to detail where all work done is explained to me.

I had a tire replacement and alignment at the Big O store in Las Vegas while on vacation, but had to take it in to this store when I returned because the store in Las Vegas didn't do the alignment properly. My issue was resolved, and I will be taking my car to this store from now on, and I have a high degree of confidence in the staff here.

I forgot my appointment to have the tires I ordered mounted. Called about an hour late, they said no problem come on in. They put them on, laughed at my stupid jokes apologizing for forgetting my appointment. They checked for problems. Aligned my wheels, kept myself and my daughter safe. This was my fourth set of tires with them (different vehicles). They don't remember me, but they always treat me like I come in every day and spend a lot of money. The service is always the same. That's what I like. I could spend 10 bucks or 1000 and they'd treat me the same. GREAT SERVICE. NICE GUYS.

My Big O is the best in Idaho. If I have questions they have them if they don't they find them. I'm never disappointed with my guys Jordon my go-to guy and Mick always ready to help. I tell everyone I know to go to my Big O they will never be disappointed

Never would I think of a tire store to be my "go-to" mechanic for my 2006 Outback, but Mick and the crew are great.
