I took my 2001 Silverado in for service (3400 N. Rancho Dr. LV). Tom (manager) and his staff were awesome. Competent and honest! I have a future appointment to replace a rear axle seal.

This is one of the best shops I’ve ever been too. The staff helped me out so much and got me out of a big problem I even talked the mechanic himself and he was amazing and really went the extra mile with me. For me this is going to be my new shop for all my cars. They are awesome here!!

I was highly satisfied because Gabriel Warren the stores manager assisted me with the pricing as I didn’t have the money for the oil change I needed. My family and I needed to come to California for my Sister in-laws wedding and I neeeed and oil change to make the trip. His customer service was top notch and his attitude was amazing! We were able to make the trip because of his excellent service! If it wasn’t for him we probably wouldn’t have made it. I plan on being a life time Midas customer because of this.

I went in as a walk in although I had scheduled it and was mistake for the day. But was still accepted and surprisingly didn’t have to wait very long for my cars oil change

Just needed a oil change however Andre was very thorough and physically showed me a few other minor concerns. I will definently go back to this shop because of Andre.Thanks Andre
