The services at this Midas location are great. The front desk associates, as well as the mechanic do a great job to ensure that your vehicle maintenance needs are met. Tom, the service coordinator is a great gentleman. He will ensure that you understand the problems that your vehicle is experiencing and what needs to be done to solve the issue. Thank you Midas team for the terrific work!

Front desk guy is good, really good! He explained the few things I needed and quoted me the costs but I did not feel pressured to do any thing more than an oil change.

I brought my vehicle in for a routine oil change. The mechanics at this shop are very experienced and perform their duties well. The front desk representative is always ready to assist you with your vehicle questions and concerns. He also has a polite attitude and seeks to provide the best service.

From the manager to the crew we’re all very friendly, efficient, and professional! Very accommodating because my appointment was between 4-6pm. I called to tell them I would arrive around 430pm. Manager said “no problem & see you then.” Unlike the Midas in Monrovia, Ca (off Myrtle Ave), I had an appointment for an oil change. I called that I would be late because of traffic & would arrive between 415-430pm. As I arrived, the manager said that I was too late! I told him that I tried calling but no one answered the phone. Plus I showed him that I did receive the email that my time slot was 4-6pm…arriving in my time period! With about 2 other crew members, 1 car being serviced, and 3-4 empty stalls, I was still DENIED SERVICE! I was very upset & drove away.

My vehicle runs much more smoother than before the transmission rebuild service. I notice much better shifting in gears and acceleration. Thank you for your service here at Midas!

I’ve been going to this store for years. They have serviced multiple vehicles. I’ve not encountered an issues and they are always very helpful.
