Big O Tires

Thank you for your recent service balancing my tires. The service was fast, including the removal of a mail that was found in one of my tires. Everyone was friendly and helped me to get on the road as soon as possible. And, the service was free!

As a woman, it's hard to get good service when you go into any auto shop alone. The associates were friendly, never spoke to me like I was stupid, and communicated what they could do for me before doing any work. They checked on me as I waited and gave me updates on when they would be done.

I have always been happy with them have two vehicles I take there

Stephanie was the nicest person and made me feel like I was some sort of celebrity. The guy, Jason maybe, that she said worked there forever was more than willing to change the valve if I wanted and didn’t make me feel like he was annoyed if I said I wanted it changed. I didn’t but he made me feel important as well. Best experience I have had at a tire place ever.
