You do excellent work. I was in and out in less than half an hour for a basic flat repair. But there seems to be a disconnect with employees. They were polite but did not seem genuine. As if they were just going through the motions.

Bought new tires from Big O 9 mos. ago, came in for routine rotation.The tech did not balance the tires, so I had to bring the car back the following day for balance.This family business takes care of their customers, so I don't mind the hiccup.

Driving thru town on my way to Phoenix and had a problem with my tires that I had bought at the Jackson wy store. They got me in quickly and fixed the problem. I was very impressed. Thank you thank you to the guys in Idaho falls.

I bought brand new tires and I had to wait 2.5 hours. No one told me that the tires I needed were on a truck. I wish that they would have told me that the tires were not in stock. Other than that, it was fine.

Stephanie was the nicest person and made me feel like I was some sort of celebrity. The guy, Jason maybe, that she said worked there forever was more than willing to change the valve if I wanted and didn’t make me feel like he was annoyed if I said I wanted it changed. I didn’t but he made me feel important as well. Best experience I have had at a tire place ever.

Was told by service desk that it would be about 20 minutes to get to us to fix a tire going flat on our pickup. An hour later, still have tire going flat on pickup. Finally after about an hour and 45 minutes, flat tire is fixed. Have bought all of my tires for the past 25 years from Big O for my pickups, suv's and trailers. This is the slowest service I have ever received at the N. Yellowsone. I will go back for more tires, because this is not what I typical received at Big O.

The mechanical explained the condition of my current tires and their safety. From that conversation, I was able to make the best and safest decision for my vehicle.

The store and it's service is wonderful, amazed and grateful they were open on a Sunday. My son a very poor and struggling student coming in from Pocatello had a flat that he had putting air in for 2 days with no money to fix it. Working 60 hours a week to survive came into IF so his parents could help him. Meeting him there I witnessed the woman at the front desk chastising him like a child for being negligent and he might not get it fixed as it was 15 minutes to closing. Garage staff were great, professional and fast. My son left the store embarrassed, but we both were relieved tire was fixed. She was very rude but we had no choice but to take it. So thumbs down on front desk.

The Northgate Mile Big O Tire.Storw has been our go to for generations. My dad turned me on to them and it was just as good as he said it would be. George and Stephanie are great folks and run a high quality.operation where trust and integrity still matter.

One guy low-balled us and gave us a line about them, "getting a good deal" on the given parts, but we saw no such discount. When I walked up to the counter he threw out, "You need an alternator?" We asked about three specific problems and none remotely suggested a problem with the alternator. I've seen these tactics before. This kind of disregard for customers taints the company name and gives mechanics a bad reputation.

They had exactly what I needed at an affordable price.

Bought new tires and was told it would take 45 minutes. I came back an hour later and was told it would be another 15 minutes. It ended up being another hour. Was late for my next appointment.

They were quick at getting my tire changed and me in and out. However I was under the assumption that balancing was a part of my tire change/rotation. They never said anything just put it on my receipt. Just a suggestion, if you notice something else to probably take a minute to mention it to your customer and give them the option to do the service right then and there

Tim was very helpful in suggesting tires for my wife's car. He helped us make an appointment to have the tires installed on Tuesday at 8:00 am. I brought the car in on Tuesday morning. Tim is the employee that greeted me. He reviewed what they were going to install on the car. Asked if I had any questions before they started. It took 1 hour for all the work. Tim reminded me to bring the car back in 50 miles to have the lug nuts checked. I took the car back for check. Tim is the employee that made that check. First question he asked me was how does your wife like the tires. Thanks for giving the extra mile!
