I came in for 2 flat repairs. The salesman took me back and explained and showed me a tire that couldn't be repaired. He told me my options on tires and I decided to get 4 new Goodyear's. I thought the price was reasonable and affordable. I thought I'd be there for awhile, but was pleasently surprised at how fast the tires were changed. Great Service.

I got a metal object in my tire and was able to get back home on my donut tire but you replaced it for me for minimal charge as I still had warranty. GREAT JOB and GOOD SERVICE as always.

Even though the associates could not replace my specific tire they explained everything very throughly and even put in my spare tire for me even though they didn’t have to.

I took my RV in to have the tires and wheel bearings looked at. They properly assessed that, while it was time for new tires, the wheel bearings were ok. That's what I like. An honest appraisal of my road gear's condition.

Efficient, accommodating, friendly. They provided snow tire removal and a couple of leak repairs at no cost. (I had bought both the snow tires and passenger tires at Big-O.) The snow tires were purchased prior to the computer records but were honored. I only stated I was not likely to recommend Big-O to someone in next 30 days only because I don't know anyone who needs tires. The only issue I had was that, though the passenger tires were marked RF, RR, LF, LR to designate where they should be installed, they were all installed on wrong wheels. When I pointed it out, they quickly and apologetically corrected it. I was in the shop less than an hour.
