I wouldn't trust anyone from Midas to EVER again work on another vehicle of mine!!! Last jobs they did they messed up!! Put my steering column in upside down and did something wrong to my gas tank that's stopping me from putting gas in as normal!!! The man

I had gone to the store 2 days before to try and get an oil change based on the coupon I had seen online. They were pretty busy and were able to schedule me at a day/time convenient for me. I arrived and everything went smoothly. The guys were very friendly and the one I had spoken to 2 days before remembered my name!

Inefficient for a simple service. Had an appointment for 11 am. Dropped off car before 11 am. Service was completed at 4 pm. Unsatisfactory!

I had heard from a friend that Midas was engraving the VIN number on the Catalytic converters so I called and made an appointment. I have been waiting for my catalytic converter cage ever since I purchased my new Prius in April of this year. I am happy that Will suggested that my license plate number be engraved as I thought the last 8 characters of the VIN would be necessary to identify the car my converter belonged with, and he said that the plate also pulls up my VIN number. This was a happy compromise. I was very pleased with the service and am very happy that I found someone to do this for me. I feel much better knowing that my car is less likely to have it's catalytic converter stolen. I thank Will for his friendly and helpful service and I thank the technician for his efforts. I have already recommended the La Mesa Midas to 3 people!
