They did an inspection, they explained what the possibilities were. They gave a time when it was to be completed and the cost. The repair was done earlier.

I like that the estimate and the amount I was charged was the same.The attendant told me I needed new tires even though I did not.He also did not place a sticker in my windshield telling me when I need to return. I mentioned it and he still did not do it.

The price was good, people were working there are helpful and woked hard.

The customer service and transparency I received was top tier. Many times when dealing with mechanic shops, employees will tell you one price to get you to bring your car in and the cost ends up being more. Prices I were given over the phone were very similar to the price I paid out the door. I also liked how a full inspection of my vehicle was done and pictures were taken of what needed attention. I believe my customer service rep was Jerry but I could be wrong. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my service. Thank you Midas!

Not sure yet? 4 days after service my car leaked oil on way to work! I missed work and waiting for response! Could be a coincident but I don?t think so! Hope they take care of me!

People are friendly. They got me right in and did a great job. Very satisfied with their service.
