It was easy to drop off the damaged tire them pick it up later, we’re are just passing through and live in Nevada, not San Diego where the Midas was at. The tire was about $40. More than other dealers, but you are the only ones that had any interest in ordering only one tire. I own my own RV business and prefer supporting a shop close to where we were staying, then shop online.

The guys are always great and as flexible as they can be with getting me in so I appreciate that but two oil changes ago my car seat was stained with some grease (I have light interior) and the last time my fluids were not topped off at all. So i was a lit

Took my older truck to get smoged. Stopped at 4 other star stations first and nobody could do it till I got to Midas. They did a good job.

The manager Brent was very kind and curtious. He under stood the mental anguish and anxiety that a majority your customers feel when their cars need repairs. Bottom line Brent made the experience less painful. As for the work that was done to my car, I'm pleased that exhaust isn't entering into the vehicle anymore.

Service was friendly, and service was done early with having to get additional parts. I was expecting to pay quite a bit for the service so I was totally satisficed.

Forgot to rotate my tires after I asked 3 times to assure they were rotated and they still weren't.
