Had a nail in my tire. Staff got me right in and fixed the tire. I was in and out in no time.

I had an appointment for an oil change. They had to be reminded that it was an appointment a few times and the oil change took 2 hours. I can go somewhere else without an appointment and be done in less time. I've never had slower service than my last three visits. Here. I'm done with it.

I used them just yesterday. Prompt, excellent service, personable and always go the extra mile.

The older man that was at the counter was more interested in my cough then asking about, or for that matter listening to what I needed to tell him about my car and not till the technician came out to tell me that my maintenance required light was not on did I get to say that I had an appointment and came in for a oil service to see if that would correct the light that was flashing on.

Had my oil changed, a front end alignment and tires rotated.

Actual service was fine. Didn't take long, got done right. What really ruined this experience is the lack of knowledge and inability to explain the service price correctly. When I first called, the gentleman I talked to knew my tires weren't on wheels and still told me it would be a free service because I bought the tires from Big O. Then when I went to drop it off, the lady at the front desk told me it would be $16. She didn't say "per tire"�, just $16. So when I went back to get my car, I was hit with a $64 bill that was completely unexpected and very far off of my original quote of $0. Very disappointed in the lack of knowledge and/or communication of the staff. Will not be coming back.

Greeted quickly when I came in the store. Repair was made and received call in a timely manner when finished.

Long story short, I had an appointment for an alignment. After 2 hours of waiting there, they hadn't even touched my vehicle. So I asked for my keys back and no intention of ever going back, but they admitted they screwed up and offered to give me an alignment the next day at half price. So I finally agreed. The next day they got my vehicle back to the alignment area quickly. They told me it would only take about 45 minutes. After almost 2 hours, still waiting, I went outside and looked and saw my vehicle up on the rack but no one around it. The guy doing the alignment was taking a break to smoke, and then another car pulled up making some noise or something so they had them pull their car up on the rack and started looking at that. I went towards the guy asking about my vehicle, and the individual just looked at his papers and said "the work order isn't here, so it's probably close to being done." After another few minutes I went back outside and saw the other guy over by another truck and he noticed me and approached me and asked if I was still waiting. I answered yes, and he said he would check on the vehicle to see what was taking so long, so he went to check and didn't come back to let me know. I went back inside and was pacing for a few minutes and the alignment guy finally came in and apologized for taking so long and said he wasn't the normal guy that did it, and apologized again, which I appreciated. But then when I went to check out the older guy told the guy checking me out to just let me go and that they "put me though enough already." So I did end up getting the alignment free, but there was no remorse or anything. I spent a total of 4 hours and 40 minutes there. 2 hours the previous day for them to do absolutely nothing, and 2 hrs 45 minutes the next day for a "45 minute alignment". They didn't run into any issues, at least they didn't tell me, so I don't know what the deal was. But they were totally unprofessional, showed no remorse for screwing up so much, and although I appreciate the alignment guy apologizing, and getting the alignment for free, I will definitely never be going back to the Big O in Pocatello. My wife insists the Big O's in Idaho Falls don't suck as bad as Pocatello does, but that experience I think ruined my view of all Big O's.

Have used Big O for many years and am satisfied with their service.

I made an appointment for 1:00 pm on Saturday August 25th to have all four tires replaced. I spoke to Isabel Thursday afternoon on the phone who confirmed the appointment and said she'd order the tires and they should be there sometime Friday- plenty of time for my Saturday appointment. When I had arrived around 12:50 pm, I was told I had to wait and it'd be about an hour as they were busy with walk-ins. I felt it was not worth my time making sure to schedule an appointment as it seemed to be first come, first served anyway. Around 1:30 they finally got to my car. After they had my tires completely removed from my car, around 2:15 a gentleman, whose name I can't recall, came to talk to my husband and me. He stated they could not find the tires we had wanted and that he couldn't find an order being placed then proceeded to make me feel at fault by asking if I even talked to anyone to ensure they had those tires available. The closest any of said tires were located was in Salt Lake City and that if he ordered them right then, they'd probably get in Monday- Tuesday at the latest. They did come and pick my vehicle up for me from my work as I had no way to go in Tuesday seeing as I work Monday-Friday from 9am-6pm. That was nice and very much appreciated. They arrived around 11am and delivered my car back to me at 1:30 pm. I will not be coming back to this store due to the hassle we had to go through just to replace my tires. We weren't offered any sort of compensation, no nothing.

Excellent service. They saved the day. They changed my tire and had me back on the road in 15 minutes. Marc and his staff are great!

The staff was not friendly. I was the only person there and the only car to be worked on but it took them almost an hour to rotate my tires. Next time I get tires I will find somewhere that does the tire rotation for free as well but has better customer service.

I was traveling from Utah to rigby, Idaho and I was pulling a car hauler trailer with a truck on it and on the way home a trailer tire lost it's tread so I limped into Pocatello and stopped at Big O. They greeted me promptly found me a tire and got me all taken care of and back on the road in less than 20 minutes. Amazing service I would recommend to everyone!

I was calling to talk to someone at Big O tires I waited on the phone over 11mins and no one answer! That's a joke!

Drove in with a flat tire,was met at the garage door by employee, who took my car right away and fixed. He also checked the other tires to be sure they were appropriately inflated. Great job!! Just love this place!

I came in to have my wheel bearing checked due to noise from left front wheel... After my car was supposedly inspected they came back and told me that there was nothing wrong with my wheel bearing but that I needed new brakes and new rotors I knew this not to be true because just a few days before I'd had a complete brake job done on the front of my car I again ask them when they told me I needed brakes rotors and that I needed ball joints what about my wheel bearing they said there's nothing wrong with the wheel bearing so I went next door to Les Schwab afterwards and they told me what I already knew my brakes were brand new and that I needed a wheel bearing I am extremely disappointed disgusted and aggravated at the dishonesty of the people at your store and I am seriously considering not only posting it on Google and other places where people make comments about your store but going and letting everyone I know know how dishonest you guys are and what happened I have the printout of what you guys said was wrong with my car you guys didn't know that I just had my brakes done for days prior I have brand new brake pads on my car and brand new rotors it's insulting how you guys to see if people and would lead people to believe they desperately need something when they don't and then use that as a way to get the wheels off the car and get things going and then you guys would have probably told me that something was magically all of a sudden wrong with my wheel bearing I'm appalled not only am I considering calling the Better Business Bureau I've considered calling the police I would like to hear something from you that would make me change my mind about doing that so the ball's in your court

Like every visit to Big O I've had the last 15 years they exceeded my expectations. Very professional and helpful. They had every chance to charge us hundreds but didn't. I always have and will continue to highly recommend Big O Tires.

Wanted to buy an Interstate battery. Not in stock so they offered to order it for delivery the next Wednesday. No contact so I called them Thursday at 4 PM. No battery; they promised to get it the next morning. No contact so I went there Friday at 4 PM. No battery; they promised to get it that evening and have it Saturday at 8 AM. They called at 8:15 Saturday morning. No battery; they promised it would arrive by 11:30. No contact so I went there Saturday at 2 PM. No battery; they promised it was now across town and would arrive in 20 minutes. They called at 3 PM to say they had a battery, but not the one I ordered. I give up. Buy your battery somewhere else.

Everyone was so friendly, and willing to help. The service was excellent and speedy.
