Big O Tires

What a terrible experience. Lied to about how much time it would take to do my tires. 15 minutes 15 minutes they would say. It took them 3 and a half hours to change 2 tires. They weren't overly busy either. Totally hashed my rims as well. Wouldn't recommend Big O tires based of my experience to anyone.

Had my tires rotated and balanced. I like that they protect my car seats and steering wheel with plastic. Quick and friendly too.

I have been a Big O customer since 1983 and for the most part have been pleased. While I lived in Boise I had no issues at all with the store. Since I have been in Pocatello I have had several issues with Big O. First I have purchased all of are tires for 4 vehicles through Big O. My most recent experience is to why I will not be returning When I purchased a new car I had to buy one tire from Big O, it was used. They would not rotate my tires for free because I only had one tire from them, they charged me 20.00. It ended up I needed another tire and was waiting for a call but never heard back. I called 2 months later and still they were unable to locate a used tire. I decided to get a new tire but we agreed they would look for 2 more weeks and call me back. No one did. I since have moved over to Bargain tires, who had a new tire at their shop and did not charge me for a rotation. I was a customer for so long at Big O and have spent a ton of money, so one free rotation would have been nice. I will not go back. Unfortunately my husband just got tires from them and will have to go back but after that I will entourage him to move.

had oil changed & oil fill cap was left off.returned to store & it was found on the bottom on a skid plate.also coolant cap on overflow tank was not installed.not sure if correct oil was replaced as the receipt said 5-30 & car calls for 0-20.I repeatedly requested 0-20 at time service was requested.

got new tires this this week and am very satisfied.

Marc and the guys and gals down at Big O are the best in town. Recommend to anyone needing service done to their vehicles.

We purchased a new set of tires in August and we got a flat tire. We went back into Big O tires in pocatello and they gave us a new tire and we purchase a new one for are spare. Without any question the team at Big O jump into gear and replace both tires in a short amount of time. They we all very nice and quick to get us back on the road.

They are so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. That's why I always use Big O Tires. Great service too.

Love going to big o we have always gone to big o for years. Great prices and awesome staff everytime.

I called and they told me if I were to come in directly they could provide the service without wait. The car was a recent used car purchase with personal history. They balanced the tires as requested and performed an inspection on the vehicle at no extra cost. Having found an alignment problem they asked if I wanted to have a wheel alignment completed at the time. (They were not booked with customers) I agreed and within an hour the alignment was completed. I have been a long time customer of Big O and have always been treated fair and I have always found them trustworthy. Great Bunch of people.
