Big O Tires

Went in for my balance and tire rotation. They got me in as quick as they could and was done with job just as quick. They explained I needed an alignment so we set an appointment. I'll be going to Big O Tire for all my vehicles.

Was in a pinch and they had tires in stock that would work for me. Thanks

Every time I come for tire/snow tire change I get a sales speak. Last year I needed new struts this year I need a alignment.. it's getting old. Time for a new tire company.

I have been going to Big O for at least 30 yrs "� but when I was in time before to have air checked... 2 of my caps were not put back on.. I told service desk if they could replace them, he found one... Doesn't tire stores have extra caps... One of my center rims was lost... was told it wears out and could fall off instead of being tightened.. So when I am ready for new tires I will be debating to go else where.. Thank you

Tires i ordered were in in less than 24 hrs. Service was quick. Front desk worker seemed very knowledgable and was very willing to help me out with an issue I had with another tire company.

I did all my business from remote location but we were treated with respect. I would hope for more of a financial break in the future since we are a small nonprofit.

I have always like Big O's service and friendliness and this visit was no exception. If I were to make a complaint, it would be the tires I have purchased from Big O's are over-rated. This is the 2nd set of this model tire that has worn out at 35k miles when it is rated for 60K.

On a prior visit, the oil change & tire rotation took almost 2.5 hours which you addressed with me already. I went to the model of doing rotations & oil changes at the same time for efficiency. Obviously waiting 2.5 hours was not efficient. During the last visit I just dropped it off for a half of day but that was also a hassle. I set up this latest appointment "hoping" that it could get done in a timely manner during my lunchtime. I was pleased to be in & out of BigO in 65 minutes. Thank you!!!

Good folks, good prices, straight ahead experience. Stuck to the estimate. And they were very good about scheduling me in when my car needed work. Much better prices and scheduling than some other major competitors.

I recently took my car in to get an alignment. Had a damaged part on my vehicle replaced and got 4 new tires. Marc was friendly and very helpful with information on tires, etc. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend them and their services.

I needed an oil change, which was done. But the tech also took the time to show me and talk to me about concerns that will need future attention, great work. More over, they took their time to do it right.
