Big O Tires

Tire rotation and tire repair for a screw. Was completed quickly and my daughter was able to get to work on time.

The same friendly, good service as always when I have snow tires removed or put on-including the alignment check.

If been doing business with this big-o (Pocatello, Id.) Forum more than 10 years....it's always been god

I was not greeted at my truck nor was I offered a free alignment check or credit card application. Other than that the crew did there thing and found the source of the noise under my driver's side front wheel. And it was fixed the next morning. And I believe that the cost was fair.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, over all was very pleased with my service. One of the techs was late and so they were short handed and missed filling washer fluid. I know he checked because when I stopped to fill it the lid was off. Not abig deal, as I have always gotten superior service here. Life happens.

Service is great, but had some issues that were quickly resolved. Overall great people and great service. Would recommend.

It was all great, they fixed my tire for me. But like how all vehicles need maintenance, my starter just went out.

I had a screw in my tire, got it fixed ... In and out within the hour

I went a few days ago to have my tires rotated. I was very happy for the e-mail reminder to have this done. They also told me that I should have an alignment soon. I feel that they take good care of me.

My experience was good because the staff was informative and the wait for the service was not to long.

I had called before i went to big O to make sure they had a tire and what the price was because i was coming from the next town when i got there they didnt have the tire after all but they made it right with me because i had came out of my way for the tire i had called on they have nice and friendly workers and they always make you feel welcome

I needed the oil changed, and they fit me in. thank you.

Just need to up the communication on wait times. It took all day for my vehicle.

Service was competent and friendly. My ONLY complain is that we were told about an hour wait, it ended up being 10 minutes shy of 2 hours. Other that that, everything else was awesome.

I was looking for trailer tires.They always have what I need!

Needed 2 new tires, gave me a good deal. Will come back next time :)
