Big O Tires

Purchased two new tires. Went very well, thank you.

Walked in with low tire and they fit me right in, fixed the leaked and discover a bead leak as well.Top Notch.

Everything went great, till the service was complete. I was in the waiting room and noticed my care was done and went to the counter to get checked out. Barely in time for my next appointment. The service tech said he had called, but nothing on my cell phone. The next day at work, I heard his voice mail on my work phone.

I appreciate having the job done while I wait.You did a good job both times last week.

Do not have any pictures at this point, but I will next time around. .

Been going to Big O for several years. I am constantly impressed with their consistency in quality service at a fair price.One of the most trustworthy places to take my vehicles.

Hello Mark. We made it back to Canada with our new tires on our motorhome. I really can not give your company a great rating for the following reasons. The time you said we would be on the road was to be at noon or shortly after. We dropped off our rig at 10 and thought you might start early removing the wheels etc. to be ready for the tires to arrive at 11. When we came back at 12.30 your technician had just started to remove the first of the wheels. We got on the road at 3.30 so not at all what I understood. I would have overlooked this but for the following. Your people put on the wheel covers improperly so that there are no valve stems in sight on either of the 2 front wheels. I expect I will have to pay someone to correct this. This procedure should be basic. I would appreciate a response.

Came in for an oil change, but forgot my discount coupon. They got my car right in and honored the coupon. Great experience.

When I bought new tires from Big O about 5K miles ago the told me about the oil service they also offer. I decided to align my oil changes with tire rotations and have Big O do both of them. I figured this would be more efficient with my time. Why not get the both out of the way at the same time? I had a scheduled appointment, showed up about 5 min before scheduled time, was told upon arriving it would be about an hour (a little longer than I was hoping for a rotation & oil change), and unfortunately was TWO hours before I left. I fail to see how this is saving me time. Not sure I will do that to myself again.

They are aways awesome, quick and polite.

I wonder why an alignment would be suggested on only front tires?

Well I scheduled my appointment on your website. I got confirmation of approval sent to my email. I showed up twenty minutes early. They could not at first find my appointment... The tires I wanted were supposed to be around $98 dollars...the customer service representative told me those tires were not in stock they had to be special ordered.. she told me that the tires they did have in stock were about 131 a piece.. that's almost 32 dollars more a tire then what I expected to pay.. the customer service representative told me she could give me 50 dollars off the full purchase of the tires.. I thought cool but still puts me almost 70 dollars behind... I also had an allignment done and brake pads put on.. I had to purchase two new roatars total costof the day 1079.98.. I went almost 6 hours without a vehicle.... I ask customer service representative to please make sure I get my back two tires to my truck put inside my vehicle so I could take them (about 50%tread left on them)..I didn't get them back till the next day.. although staff was super friendly. i do not think I will be coming back to this perticular shop except to get the rotation done on my tires and since I was talked into paying an extra 13 dollars on each tire for extra insurance. I just feel like I was dooped everything I made the appointment for didn't happen the way it should have..

When I was in need of tires that day but they didn't have them in stock. My tire was flat on the front driver side but they gave me a great loaner tire. Nice service! Gave great me assistance!

After a previous bad experience over a week ago.....I was asked to give you another chance... I brought in two cars this week for tire rotations....I got a sudden job transfer to Montana when we left in both cars for Montana...before we even reached Blackfoot the Low Tire light came on in Both cars......after checking air pressure on all 8 tires on the two cars....I reset the button in the fuse box in one car but in the other car, no matter how many times I try to reset it it won't go off my low tire light on dash remains lit..in 15 years of owning the car I've never had that light come on in either car.... They both came on within 30 miles of being at your shop...and now one is stuck on.....something is not right going on there...if another shop in Montana tells me something inappropriate has occurred...trust and believe I will post it in any internet review site to warn others

Don't like appointments, should be first come first serve, but was okay even with that. I got an oil change and know that no two franchises are the same, but when I got the oil change done last summer at the Bountiful franchise they gave me an oil label with the return date and mileage, in the future-nice customer service, so I would know when to return, your store in pocatello gave me a sticker with the current date and mileage and I have to calculate my return. Otherwise, thanks for the service.

I would never go anywhere else in town! I actually tried to once and was so disappointed in the service I received, I left there with out getting any work done, and went straight to Big O!

My wife waited for fifteen minutes after seeing the pickup leave the bay and be parked in the parking lot.She thought somebody would call her name or somehow let her know that the truck was finished.She was not impressed with the level of service or price.
