Big O Tires

Great service as always. They had a busy day as soon as the doors opened but got me done quicker than expected.

Jeff took the time to find the best tires for me and my car needed work done it. He called Wally’s auto for me to see if my car had warranty parts on my car. Indeed it did so I was pleased with his willingness to work with me. Always have a wonderful service at this big O thanks so much

I dripped my car off for tires and brakes. During the process they called me multiple times to ask if I wanted to do rotors with the brakes among other things. They also called and asked if it is okay if the car can stay the night and told if it wasn't they would stay late and finish it that day.

The guys were super. When I last rotated my tires at Ammon Big O, I was told that I needed new brake pads on the front. So when I came in for new tires, I requested that work be done also. They checked and determined that I didn't need that work done. They surmised that maybe during the alignment the service guy got me mixed up with someone else. They also fixed my wheelbarrow tire. Everyone was friendly and fast.

Bought my tires there and they have always treated me good.

As usual, Jeff and team did a great job helping us get new tires and brakes on 2 vehicles. They helped make sure we got all the promotional discounts and even held off invoicing us so we could get all the available deals!

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to get my tires rotated. They found my brakes were shot so they contacted me, explained the price etc. I also asked about refurbishing my headlight covers because I couldn’t see at night. Everything was done timely. I do need to come back for back brakes and I will schedule that.

Your guys have always been very friendly, they listen to the issue and give you good info to make decisions with. When I was there Saturday a new employee was being trained. I liked the way the experienced employee was working with him. I can't remember his name but he's been there a while. Good job in that.

I showed up on the day of the first snow at 4PM. Super busy and everyone of course wanted to be first. I had a new tire mounted and warrantied and was done in 30 minutes. They fixed my problem between two other customers with real issues

I hate shopping for tires. Big O takes the pain out of it for me. I have counted on these folks for many years. They never let me down. You can count on them for great quality tires and work. I got in and found the tires I needed. Got a good price on them and was out the door with the tires on the vehicle in no time at all. The staff is very helpful and knowledged on their products

They did get things done in timely matter I did have a rude saleman on the phone a couple of weeks ago when I shopping around on tire prices i've never had that happen with Big O I did not get his name though
