Lance and all the guys working there appear to have knowledge and fun and are courteous to answering questions while working on the car. I appreciate their knowledge skills and abilities and this is coming from somebody who makes a living in the customer service industry for the past 25 years. Thanks guys keep up the great work

Got me in quickly and called with estimated price and then again with the exact price which came in less and was done on time. Jeff and his team do a great job and always go the extra mile.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by friendly service personnel. It was time to rotate my tires and I asked them to check to see if I needed an alignment on my vehicle. Was not necessary and no charge to check. Thank you Big O for keeping my vehicle maintenance on track.

Jeff has been a manager there for many years. He works hard, is honest and takes care of repeat customers. Doug is also a very good employee.

I highly enjoyed how efficient and quick the entire process was. When we got there it seemed pretty busy, but they got us taken care of pretty quick. I could feel comfortable leaving my vehicle in their care while I did my other activities. I will definitely recommend Big O Tires to those who want a quick and efficient tire switch.

Always have a great experience here. Even when the day's not the best (which is probably why I'm there in the first place) I'm always treated with respect & understanding by knowledgeable, compassionate employees. My Dad went there all his life & encouraged me to go. 3 years ago, before he died of wounds he'd received in the Korean War, he told me to always mention his name & they'd go out of their way for me. And he was right. But I think they make every customer feel that way. My family won't ever go anyplace else!

The employees that assisted me were very friendly and were willing to fully explain my options, needs, considerations, and what was available at the store. There was no guesswork.
