We?re in town for a few days to hike with friends. On the ride here we discovered a slow leak and a nail in the tread. I called for an appointment and they said to bring my vehicle in. My tire was repaired quickly and there was no charge -repairs are free

I always receive friendly and professional service. I made an appointment about a week ahead, but on the day of the appointment something came up and I called to see if I could get in later that day. Frank was able to get me in later in the afternoon which worked out great for me, he did not make me feel as though I was disrupting there time. Arrived at the store and, per usual, everyone was smiling and friendly! And a bonus, I appreciated the fact that the TV was on a station called Happy tv, full of good things, animals and babies! No distressing news, no violent programs, no reality TV or talk shows, which can contribute to anxiety and stress in people's lives! I really appreciate the Professional Service I get from all Midas locations!

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online and I received confirmation within the promised timeframe. Service took exactly as long as I was told it would take and the staff was friendly and efficient. Overall easy and stress free experience.
