I called for a general quote for dual exhaust where I provide tips and muffers. They quoted $700 to $800 for what I discussed. I bring my truck down to them and they quote me $1023 for work. At the end it was $1253 and the exhaust had seams half welded.

The service was fast, friendly, and affordable!

Had poor customer service and was very rude. Paid $1200 for my brand new Michelin tires and wore out both front tires within a month. Never ask if I wanted or needed an ailment when we made the appointment. Tried to say my tires were out due to my shocks.

Good timing. Good communication. I knew I could expect good work. Made me feel better about just getting tire service.

I called them 7 times in one day to try and schedule an appointment for BRAND NEW TIRES. An oil change and wiper blades replaced. They lost some money by not answering the phone and that mail box being full to the point I can leave a message.

The customer service people were very helpful. They explained everything very well and even suggested things for when I bring the vehicle back. They said it isn't quite ready for those things but they will be necessary later down the line. I appreciate that they could have charged me for something or upcharged me but they didn't.
