"They broke my grill and not owning up to it!! I have had 15k of work done on my truck (def not here). My hood had been up and down and up and down. I came to Midas to replace a radiator, now my grill is broken and they are saying it is not their fault?!? A"

It was quick and they bring the car to the door for you. It just happened to be pouring rain at the time.

They lack the neccessary skills and resources to do a thorough job.

Needed side by side wheels and tires swapped to new wheels. Dropped off and was contacted before I made it thru the grocery store that they were ready. Fast and friendly service.

I had read through the reviews prior to considering Midas and figured it was worth giving them a try. They were punctual about their initial callback, the scheduled appointment times, and the vehicle pick up phone call. During the appointment I received a text which had a hyperlink “Visual Courtesy Check” that provided me specific maintenance bullet points with detailed feedback. I was greeted by customer service, they explained to me what had been done, and I confidently paid for services rendered. I will be returning to Midas for continued service.
