After I got home when my wife went to use her vehicle the next day I noticed a puddle of oil on my garage floor. That could only be from the technician not cleaning up after the oil change. I backed out my truck and found the same problem. If they cleaned up after the oil changes, they did a very poor job of it.

I contacted Midas corporate HQ about this situation but received no response so clearly they do not care. Beware of the so-called manager at this location who says your car needs expensive synthetic oil when it absolutely does not. You will have to argue

The only comment I would make is that the sign mentions “free charging system analysis” but then you’re charged a few and reimbursed if they do work. That’s misleading and while it had no influence on my decisions today, it does make me feel wary of hidden prices on other things.

The service and care from Jeremy was exceptional. I made an appointment, but my vehicle did not go in at the appointment time. I believe there was at least a 15-20 minute lag. Most disconcerting was that the interior suffered the effects of grease smudges everywhere...seats, glove box, center and door armrests, interior door handles and driver door floor board. I did not notice it until I had left the premises and was at my next destination (too far to return). Upon arriving home, I cleaned the mess and called Jeremy to let him know of the incident and mostly to inform them so they can change it. He was so respectful and apologetic and said he would address it with the staff and would make it right when I return for my next visit. My visit, with this one exception, was handled very well and with professionalism. I felt overall that my vehicle was cared for with skill and my best interests at heart. I even purchased 2 additional services as a result of Jeremy’s explanation and presentation. Fluid flushes had been suggested at my previous visit, so I was grateful for the reminder. I appreciate their diligence.
