I stopped in without an appointment and asked if an oil change was possible today. They said absolutely. After a few simple questions they were able to find me in the fleet services. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.

I have been going to Scottsdale Midas, as well as recommending to Family, friends, and others to use them for service. Everyone from the Owner and his Manager on down are top notch, and they HAVE the "customer service" gene that is not prevalent in the auto industry these days. My service was scheduled/planned and they delivered on everything as discussed, in less time than anticipated, even though shop was busy. If you haven't, please give them a try.
