I have always been pleased with the service that I have received at Midas. They have always been fair and pleasant to work with. If I have any future issues with my newer car I am sure I will be dealing with them.

Had taken car to be serviced at the dealer originally and they came back with a high quote for the replacements. I called Midas and Clayton was able to service at a much more reasonable price and same day.

Oil change, rotated tires

I like the lifetime warranty. They sent me a quote to my phone which was great but I must have misread it and I was a little confused and shocked at the final price. I would have liked if the salesman would have verbally clarified everything that was on the quote. I showed up no appointment and they got me taken care of right away.

"Scheduled appt for oil change at 9 they told me it would take 45mins. I got there at 855, it was 45 mins before they took car in. So my 45 min appt doubled in time. Businesses sure do lack the common courtesy to paying customers time. They don't CARE anym"

I have worked many times in the pay with the service manager, Clayton. I’m r sure if it’s your systems that are that good, but Clayton reaches out to me at the right time to service our vehicles and meets all the expectations i have of him and his team!

This location was the best experience I’ve ever had with a visit to a mechanic for auto repair services. I love the professional, honestly and the customer service was explicable and exceptional!!! Happy Holidays!

Apparently the oil change that they said they did on November 7th did not happen . As I sit Here on November 28th at another shop to get tiers they are telling me that my car needs an oil change and needs a new filter. On top of that none of the employees were wearing masks. All the other things Midas told me me about my struts leaking and other BS was not true. I will never set foot in another Midas and encourage others not to go there as well. I give Them 0 stars
