I took my car for an oil change they said it needed more work done so I agreed. They said they would have it done by the end of the day and ended up keeping my car for 4 days! My car now makes noises it never made before! Really disappointed

Service was good but the same day I got my tires replaced. One of the new tires was flat that same night due to valve stem not tightened properly.

The technician gave me a hard time because I was using a Groupon. I provided my own motor oil & filter, I told him I want to speak with the area manager or owner, finally he backed down and accepted the Groupon, his customer service training is poor and otherwise ruined what would have been a great service experience!

I waited for 2 hrs for a scheduled oil change. Bought oil change on Groupon but still had to pay additional fees. Should have gone to the car wash that was next door would have been out of there sooner.

Midas was trying to fetch more money from me by stating incorrect facts abt the tires. After the general inspection, they told me to replace all 4 tires but when i refused they made me to sign a declaration which wud even reflect in my carfax negatively. Later, in the same day when i went to sams club for tire replacement after inspecting they said i can run on these same tires another 10k miles.

Car was acting funny and making weird noises on freeway - pulled off and found closest service establishment. Thankfully it was this Midas - they were great Arrived with an unknown critical issue and no appointment - service was great and they got me in and out in no time. Pricing was honest and staff was professional. Would recommend to anyone needing general/preventative or diagnostic services.
