Pressure sales at it's best. This is not a reputable shop. Dont be fooled by the polite attitude. This is classic scare tactics. I wouldn't bring anything here again.

Bad customer service. Was charged more than my husband who's car was done right before mine. I was not given an inspection report or estimate. The gentleman wrote declined. Didn't even offer it to me. Just sent pictures after I left. Will not be going again. Will not recommend.

Horrific customer service. Tried to shove several unnecessary repairs down my throat. When I refused, they shouted at me and screamed at me. They have an F from the better business bureau. Pathetic.

tried to sell me services i didnt need. Showed passive aggression afterwards in order to guilt trip me into buying services.
