Midas withheld information from me. Midas did not tell me that the engine issue under my car was covered under warranty and I should have took my car to the dealer. Midas tried to use pressure tactics on me to charge me $2,000 for my car after I just paid them $400. The issue was completely unethical and Midas should have advised appropriately.

communication and REAL help was given everything was explained perfectly and my vehicle was done in a few hours usually it takes days to get my car serviced and finished but it was finished FAST and the sMe day i loved the service and the place looked great

"I went in to have my air conditioner fixed. Paid 450.00 and had to take my car back 3 times the air still doesn't work. Finally, went to another Midas they are charging me 1400.00 to repair my air. Unbelievable, says they don't owe me any type of credit. I"

Alignment wasn't needed during this visit and employees could have easily charged me and completed a service that wasn't needed. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. I will be back when needed and recommend to others.

Don't get me wrong the staff is friendly. The issues are the work. This is the 3rd time I have had major work done on my truck & had to bring it back cause there are other issues caused by the work that was done. Things are not put back together properly.

"Terrible service. They keep finding a reason not to rotate my tires, but still charge the full Midas touch rate. That has happened the last 3 times I have brought my vehicles in. Also my battery died a week after it was supposedly checked by Midas. No wate"
