Even though they were extremely busy they made me feel as I was the only person when I was being dealt with. The front desk listened to what I wanted and wasn't trying to push unwanted things onto me. All the guys in the bay area seemed to use their knowledge and asked me first when they had a suggestion! Absolutely professional all around team!! Not too long of a wait but more importantly didn'tfeel rushed!! I feel terrible for not having a great memory with names because I would definitely request them on my next visit

Called at 10am and spoke to Matt about some odd sized trailer tires. He had them ordered and on hand by 4pm. I stopped in and had them mounted and balanced in about 20min. Cost $32 more than anywhere else in town, but the service and ease of visit was EASILY worth the few extra bucks on a $275 order. These guys will continue to get my business based on clear and easy communication, and exceptional value.

Great job! I got four new tires, an oil change and an alignment check. After telling timber they had all day to work in my car we received a call less then 2 hours later saying it was ready! Great fast service
