David Sakel, and the rest of the guys in the store did an amazing job getting me the set of tires I needed for my automobile. They recognized my check engine light was blinking, which I had overlooked, and ran a diagnostic and informed me of my issues. Without them I might still have an engine misfiring on old spark-plugs. They remind me every time I come in the store why I have always and will continue to have Big O tires on all of my cars, as well as why I recommend to all of my family and friends Big O tires.
