Got there on my appointment time and was immediately met by a worker. He then took my car. He came back with bad news about my tires but in the end fixed my tire & gave me deals on their tires so when I’m ready to buy them I know how much they are. I had a great experience

Started out at Tire Discounters across the street and was not happy with pricing. Went to Big O and was taken care of right away with good pricing and customer service. Very happy with the experience.

It was a last minute purchase I needed immediately, they went to the warehouse to get my tires and had tires them for me after work even being so near the end of the day. Very courteous that’s why I keep coming back. Thank you Big O Tire

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are very eager to help you with whatever issue you have, even if they are super busy. I've always had excellent service! My service was performed quickly for a routine rotate and balance. I will definitely be going back!

I called the location not knowing when I could bring the car in exactly, and was told in the estimate of the time it would take to do the work before I brought it in. I showed up about an hour later. in the morning they were very busy. they took my information and told me it would be approximately an hour and a half wait which is what they had told me on the phone. They took down my information, I gave him the keys, and walked next-door to eat lunch. Approximately an hour and 15 minutes later they called me and said the car was ready.Everything was great!

Helpful and knowledgeable. The wait on 4 new tires, alignment, and balancing wasn't terrible. Especiallyconsidering how busy they were.

You certainly have the busiest auto service and repair shop in the metro area, and the reason is obvious,you put the needs and comfort of your customers FIRST.
