Jason and the shop staff saved me. Coming east on 64 the dash lit up with flashing over heating lights. I went straight to you and Jason immediately found a broken heater core hose fitting. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation too and he took care of those. I appreciate the fact that you are available for emergencies and scheduled service. Thanks!

I developed a flat over the weekend, and made an appt late Sunday night for 10 the next morning. Monday morning, they were EXTREMELY busy, but I was told they hoped to squeeze me in within 2 hours. I left to eat and do some window shopping. I received the call that it was ready well before the 2 hour mark. Everyone was courteous and friendly, in spite of being stressed out due to busyness. That is my second interaction with this store, both being positive. Soon, I'll be needing a set of new tires, and I've already resolved to buy them from this location.

I had a warranty on my struts and got it looked over and told it was fine but another Big O Tires said it was the strut and a dealership said it was the strut. When I called and informed the manager of the other two opinions he said let’s fix it. They replaced both struts under warranty and aligned for free

I am very happy with service offered at Big O......And the guys who run it are so helpful and kind. That is why I go there and will as long as I need Car service. I also belileve their prices are fair and reasonable.

Big O is the only PLACE I will take any of my Vehicles. I buy tires, get the oil change and have most of the work done on my Vehicles here also.

The length of time to accomplish the tire rotation was reasonable. I was able to take care of other business & was notified when car was ready. I was grateful to have paid for protection plan.
