I did not have an appointment, but was worried about occasional shimmy in the steering wheel. I was given an estimate of 3 - 3.5 hours, which I was OK with. They were VERY busy and had been all day. I had walked over to Target to pass some of the time, and when I returned I didn't see my car anywhere so assumed it hadn't been worked on yet, (and had not received a phone call notifying me that it was ready), so I sat in the waiting area. After a little while, I looked out in the front of the building and saw my car. Glad it was finished, perhaps they were just getting ready to call me. Happy with service, and will definitely return.

Don King is a super nice guy that I’ve known for years now that I’ve been tires from him. He calls me by name almost as soon as I walk in the door. I once had 20’s on a car and had gone through 14 tires in a 2 year life span of the rims. That may be why he knows me by name lol. Overall, they are a very helpful, quick response crew that works at the location. I’ve always had a good experience with Don, Tom and the other Don that works there as well.

It was an emergency- need new battery for early trip next day, and it was 4:30 or so when I got there. Although they were busy as always, they still met and exceeded my needs!

I showed up at Big O at 1:00 P.M. to get tires checked and rotated as well as an oil change. The service person told me it would be about an hour and a half wait. Well, after about 45 minutes my name was called and the service was finished. Great service as usual.

I came prepared to spend $300 for tires I was told I needed by Ford Dealer on 50,000 mile checkup. Big O experience determined I did NOT in fact need tires - belts were not broken as I was told; probably just unexperienced Ford tech unfamiliar with these newer type tires on my Hybrid.

Everything was top notch and very professional.

I was impressed with how efficiently the Service Manager kept the vehicles moving in and out of the shop rapidly!
