Big O Tires

I always trust my car to the big o family on state st. Everyone there is so pleasant and eager to help me.

I scheduled a front end alignment for my lowered truck. I arrived early and they took it right in for the service. They were very quick and professional.

Always prompt & thorough service

I was able to get an appt the same afternoon, was greeted in a friendly way, and service was completed quickly for a busy Friday evening.

One of my tires was low on air, and The tech was nice to check it out and make sure that the pressure of all 4 tires was good

Just great communication and fast service with a friendly smile

My wife called me as she was leaving work earlier this week and said she had a low pressure warning on one of her tires. Thankfully there was a gas station near her workplace so she was able to fill the tire for safe driving. I told her rather than bringing the car home for me to check to go directly to the Big O store on State Street and have them check it out. Inspection revealed a screw in the tire, so it was promptly repaired. When she tried to hand her credit card to the clerk for payment she was told there was no charge. There is a reason why we have used this Big O since we moved to this area in 1997. The customer service is absolutely the best around and we are always treated well and given great deals on our tire and maintenance needs. I/we appreciate your dedication to customer relations.

They made sure to make it the cheapest fix possible and made sure to check the cheaper stuff 1st before ruahing to the more expensive fix. Power steering pump vs Rod and pinion.

I bought 4 new tires and requested and alignment too. When I picked up my car, in a shorter time than anticipated, they told me my alignment was perfect and that I would not be charged for that service. Where else would that happen?

This BigO facility has ALWAYS treated me and my family with nothing but friendly, courteous care. They explain all charges and tweak the little things. Sometimes without extra charge. Unlike some places, they never treat me like an uneducated gullible woman who can be taken advantage of! The staff her are AMAZING and I will always go here for my tires, oil changes, rotations and alignments!
