Had a flat on a Saturday morning & they were very busy but somehow managed to work me in. Oxidation on a rim had caused a poor seal - they fixed at no charge. I buy my tires & get my oil/fluids there. Always fast courteous service.

Was treated with the expect and courtesy by the woman who I spoke to on the phone. She gave me an accurate estimate of the time it would take. Check-in was prompt and efficient, I was called as soon as car ready, and they charged me nothing for removing a nail and patching a tire!

My last tire place frequently disappointed me, but visiting this BigO tires not only met my expectations, but exceeded them. No pressure to do unneeded service, very polite and professional. I felt respected and valued the whole time I dealt with them. Even though they were extremely busy they got my vehicle in almost immediately. Thats not something Im used to. Very pleased and glad I bought tires from there.
