Don King was fantastic. He understood what my issues where and corrected them. Honest, up front and delivered exactly what he said.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love how Big O stands behind its product, taking care of issues if they arise (such as damaged TPMS sensors) with no questions.

Came in for a regular tire rotation and was in and out in 45 minutes!!! Awesome!

Everyone there was very nice and kept things simple and to the point. They didn’t take long to service my vehicle and were good at explaining everything they did.

Big O's on State St in New Albany seems to be a standout service shop. Have had service there several times from an alignment to full synthetic oil changes. The techs have always been polite and honest informative on vehicle condition yet low pressure. Which means the mgmt is leading the company in a way that encourages that culture. A place that's easy to go back to.

Found the problem and got it fixed. It had been going on at least since January and maybe before I bought the new tires!

Made my appointment the night before. Got there a little early, and they took my truck in immediately. Tires were rotated, and balanced within an hour. Staff was very friendly and respectful of my time.

Pulled into Big O on a sunny day to get new windshield wipers. I was greeted by Don King in the parking lot, I told him I was in need of new wipers. Mr King serviced my car quickly and even got a mail in rebate. In and Out within 15 minutes

I wanted some used tires which I couldn’t find anywhere in my size, they had them, n put them on quickly n efficiently.

Called and told Jason I was having my Mini-Van towed to Big 0 for alternator problem. When it arrived Jason called to let me know and everything was taken care over the phone. Paid by credit card and my Granddaughter picked up vehicle with no problems.

They always take good care of my truck. Can't think of any other place I'd take it to.
