As usual the service was very good. It did take a little while to get the oil changed but I cannot hold that against them because they were very busy. All in all thought it was as good as it always is

Came in for both a tire rotation and an alignment check -- both included in my alignment purchased under 3 years ago. Tire rotation was easy -- almost immediate. But you were backed up on the alignment rack. No obvious problems, so I will get it done before March 2020 when my 3-years runs out. Will call in advance specifically for that next time; all I asked about when I called this time was how long the rotation would take. My mistake.

Big O Tires Staff are always Professional and treat their customers very well.

Don Broady. He is an asset to your organization and the New Albany location. Customers return because of the level of personal customer service and interactions with him. They are loyal customers because of him. Don't get me wrong, all of the guys are great and take pride in what they do. He is just above and beyond.

I travel to this location 54 miles away from my home; the staff is always genuinely funny and kind. They made sure that I knew the time involved, and made sure I had a ride to work and back. They do not look for things that cost you more money, yet will always warn you about any potential problems. I get my routine maintenance done there, as well as any tire or brake needs, etc. I will be loyal to this Big O, as I believe they are loyal to me. This kind of customer service is very rare in today's climate.

Big O on State Street is Awesome, these guy's all but run to you to get you taken care of.

Had a wonderful experience and got all 4 new BigO tires and be done in less than 2 hours.

They always go above and beyond to make sure our family vehicles are running at tip top shape. They let me know what NEEDS to be done and what can wait. This is really important when raising a family and prioritizing needs over wants!

I am always treated with respect. Tom Walker is the main reason I have my car serviced here. He is honest and the product or service he recommends for my car is accurate and straightforward. When Big O can't repair the problem he is honest enough to say so and recommend a local mechanic. Thank you Tom for always being there for me and my car.

Big Don have me excellent sales service like always and Matt Dunbar made sure that my tire was finished in a super timely manner they have a great group of people that work at this store.

The gentlemen in this store were amazingly nice and helpful. I not only would recommend them but I am going back to buy new tires for other vehicle. Great job New Albany IN Big O!!
