Big O Tires

Being a pretty good backyard mechanic myself makes me apprehensive having places do stuff. I have had good work done here for years and trust them. They know what they are doing and do it right. I appreciate that. Have been going to this store 15 or 20 years now and never an issue that wasn't taken care of.

Everyone was very professional and went out of their way to make sure I understood price/service and Michael took me to work in his personal vehicle.

One hour after my phone call asking about tire availability, I was rolling out the lot on new tires. Great service.

I called ahead to see if I need an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and they told me they can take me right in and they did. Both gentlemen who waited on me both on arrival and departure very competent and professional. I will be back.

Job well done

I was told on phone that they had a few air conditioner recharging already scheduled, but if I could get there soon then they would be able to complete mine today. I got ready and got my car there within the hour. My car was ready about three hours later. Very grateful they were able to get me in and done in a timely manner.

They always do a good job at Big O. I feel they don't push services you do not need.

The service writer explained all aspects clearly and why the service was needed. He was genuinely interested in helping me and was quick to offer all solutions. He made me fell relaxed and I trusted him. All associates in this store are professional, attentive and friendly. I never fell like I am being brushed off or disrespected. Have been coming to this store for 20 years and always get a fas-as-possible, pleasant, informed experience.
