I always take my cars here. They've always treated me right every time.

I called early in the morning for a front end alignment and needed two tires that i supplied mounted and balanced and installed. I was given an appointment of 1 oclock pm. I dropped off early, around 10:00am i believe. My big O rep called me about an hour later, and said the tires were done and now my car is in line for an alignment, but they werent sure if it would get started by 1pm. They felt that it may be later in the afternoon, but assured me my vehicle would be finished that day. I said ok, no problem. I get a call by 12:15pm that my vehicle was done and ready to be picked up! Awesome! So i arrived shortly after, they applied a veterans discount for me, and i paid and was on my way. Very satisfied!

In and out in less than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation. Without an appointment. Not bad!

I really enjoined that they gave me three different options when it came to buying my tires. Most places try to push their brand, and I feel like I was given enough information to decide what I wanted. They told me how long it would take to do everything and they stayed with in that time frame. That was a plus because I felt as if they respected my time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you.
