Big O Tires

Even though I am not a current customer of this retail tire store I stopped in to get a second opinion on a tire purchase from another store. They were very knowledgeable and pointed out the problem, something the providing store was not willing to acknowledge. Wish more retailers were this helpful.

Was extremely busy.had brakes checked and serpentine belt installed.waited a long time even with appointment,but was happy as always with work done.

Everyone at the store was helpful and professional. Even when I asked a question to a service rep who was not assigned to my case, they responded kindly and with care. Jason was my service rep and he was prompt and informative and kind. A female who was not my rep quickly responded to a question when I didn't know the name of my rep. Both reps represented the company well. I will definitely return when my car has an issue. Very pleasant experience.

The staff is very professional and trustworthy

Walked in and waited on right away. Just needed tire pressure topped with nitrogen. Truck was immediately taken over and technician began checking psi and adding nitrogen. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Excellent job.

I arrived and was greeted right away. I waited while they performed the service on the vehicle and I was in and out of the store in about 35 minutes. The store was extremely busy and I thought this was very fast!!

Very friendly. As a woman, I feel comfortable with the New Albany location as I feel they don't try to take advantage of someone who knows nothing about cars.
