The staff was friendly. They checked in several times letting me wear know where I was in the process. And they answered any questions that I had with no problems

Cody treated me like I was his best customer Had a flat tire on field cultivator on a delivery to customer. Cody did the extra to be sure everything was the way it should be.

I really love the free tire rotation with every oil change. Even if I do have to wait a little longer for it. I like that they keep me informed on routine maintenance that my car needs.

The professionalism and attention to detail is unmatched

She provided us with a timeline to come back to pick our vehicle up .... and it was ready when we returned. Only problem -- they did not put a sticker on our window indicating when we should return for our next service.

Shane and Tom are wonderful at Big O. I have brought all of my cars to them for service for many years and always felt confident in the service given. When I have had issues they have always taken care of it. I have sent many people to Big O to have service done. I highly recommend them. They are fantastic. You do not have to worry about them trying to screw you over like other places. They are honest. They have grown so much in the last several years!! I appreciate them very much.
