Shane is the reason I come to Big O Mooresville. He is always precise and accurate. The fix a flat program is the second reason. I am honestly due for four cars worth of tires and am going to have Shane quote them based on the last two flat repairs I had him handle. Price and the being attentive to the care of my rims will be a big factor. I was carrying my tire to be fixed in and a young man working the shop stopped me in the parking lot with a big smile and took it from there which was a nice touch. Appreciate the fix so we could get my college daughter back on the road. Impressed with the turn around time on the first day back from a holiday!
