Big O Tires

It had been a rough day. I was in need of a replacement tire and your staff was energetic and helpful. After the phone call my mood was much better! The store is always clean and we are acknowledged immediately, even if the employee is with someone! Very happy with the professional service and product received. Thanks again!

I have been experiencing a rear right tire (a Big O tire) that was slowly leaking air and it was annoying to have to put air in that tire so I took it to Big O to fix the problem. I thought it probably had a nail in it or a leaky valve stem? The store in Mooresville, Indiana is always busy but they were able to fix the tire problem and I was in and out of there by an hour and fifteen minutes. They had free coffee in the small waiting room which was nice. The tire, they told me, did not have a nail in it but lost it's seal around the rim so they wire-brushed the rim, cleaned it very good and replaced the valve stem and remounted the tire to the rim and said that should take care of my leaky tire problem. The good thing is all this was done for free - no charge and that's the reason I will purchase my tires again at this Big O store.

Your shop was recommended to my by Hernan from Luxury Auto Depot to get an alignment after they did some repairs on it. Your price was better than another quote we received, I brought it in with no appointment. Your staff got in and aligned within 45 minutes. It was great.

The gauge (temp gauge) is still sticking, when I start my car in the AM it's about 1/4 the way up instead of all the way down... by the time I drive about 2-3 miles the gauge shoots up to 3/4 mark and just stays there, however I have not traveled very far. If I go into Plainfield it goes to the 260 red line, however the engine itself is not that hot. I am wondering if when the flush and fill was done last year, if it was done correctly? After that was done, is when all the trouble started with the gauge.
